Steering knuckles account for more than 70% of Longchun's output, supporting different models such as Great Wall, Chang’an, BYD, Chery, BAIC, Geely etc. In China, 50% of models are equipped with our products. As a specialized chemical plant, MAGMA software is applied to model flow analysis during product development to avoid process defects. The development cycle of 3D printing technology is shortened by two times, and the sample delivery can be completed quickly in ten days; Mass production using Japan New East FCMX-III modeling line, annual output of 35,000 tons, with a variety of detection methods such as spectral analyzer, X-ray flaw detector, to ensure product quality. Material suitable for QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500~QT700 and other brands.

In terms of processing, the use of OMA processing line can process a variety of steering knuckle 2000 sets per day, to meet different customer needs.
